WINDFREE PURE is one of the top-of-the-range Indoor Units of the WIND-FREE series, the innovative project by Samsung, unique of its kind, which now incredibly expands the offer and from a simple top model becomes a complete family of products, all characterized by the to diffuse air conditioning in the environment in an imperceptible way but all different from each other for the many additional features.
The WIND-FREE system represents the revolution and the future of air conditioning both in the monosplit version and in the multisplit version. With WINDFREE , Samsung has created, first in the world, the system that air-condition the rooms avoiding the user the perception of direct air flow. The WIND FREE COOLING system diffuses the air like no other air conditioner because the indoor unit has a micro-perforated front panel from which the conditioned air diffuses into the environment in a natural and absolutely imperceptible way through 21000 small holes . The WINDFREE indoor units all have a refined design that makes them particularly pleasing to the eye as real design objects ; the multiple additional functions make it possible to radically transform the room climate by offering a unique pleasure.
With its intelligent technology, the WIND FREE COOLING system further contributes to reducing the consumption of outdoor units which are already very low. The operation of the Indoor Unit takes place in two phases: when switched on, it allows the temperature to be reached quickly thanks to the Fast Cooling Mode which uses the classic air diffusion flap; after reaching the set temperature, the flap closes automatically and the temperature is kept constant in the room through the diffusion of the air conditioning through the micro-holes. The comfort is incomparable because it eliminates the classic pains in the head and back due to a direct diffusion of conditioning and gives only the pleasure of conditioning ; the system is also particularly useful for all environments such as offices where a fixed station is occupied for a long time or in bedrooms or where elderly people and children are present.

The “PURE” WINDFREE is one of the most complete Indoor Units and is distinguished from the others by the presence of the PM 2.5 FILTER .
The 12000 BTU WIND-FREE PURE Indoor Unit with WI-FI system is compatible with both GAS R32 and GAS R410A and is used together with the inverter outdoor units to create combinations of single-split air conditioners and multi-split air conditioners.
NEW DESIGN
The design of the WIND-FREE PURE air conditioner incorporates the innovative Triangle Design triangle profile that characterizes the latest Samsung models which, thanks to its particular shape, allows for a wider intake grille , a larger delivery surface and a larger fan ; the aerodynamic lines and the Crystal Gloss finishes enhance the shapes and embellish the original profile. The new angle of the delivery nozzle and a greater number of upper fins ensure that the air is cooled and released into the room faster, more uniformly and more powerfully , to reach every corner of the room up to 14 meters away. Samsung's Triangle Design technology won the important CES Innovation Award Honoree in the Eco Design category.
BREATHE CLEAN AIR
WINDFREE PURE takes its name from the unique ability of its kind to purify the air. Thanks to the PM 2.5 filter which is as wide as the entire air intake of the Indoor Unit, it is able to capture 99% of fine and ultra-thin dust in just 100 minutes of operation. The system has been extensively tested and determines a real change in the air, which is often polluted and stagnant in the rooms. Furthermore, the system is enriched with the Spi Air Purifier System which, by producing oxygen ions and active hydrogen, removes the most common harmful agents often causing allergies.
PERFECT CLIMATE AND RELAX
Many additional functions. The WIND-FREE PURE Indoor Units are equipped with the 2 Step Cooling function which allows the desired temperature to be reached in a very short time . The Personal Use mode, useful when you are alone in the room, allows a single zone to be air-conditioned with reduced power, significantly reducing consumption . The Good Sleep Function will make your sleep peaceful, thanks to the ability of the air conditioner to regulate the temperature based on your body temperature . Furthermore, with the dehumidification function , your relaxation will be perfect, fighting the heat of the hottest months, the air flow can be automatically oriented both horizontally and vertically. Finally, with Auto Clean the Indoor Unit cleans itself by eliminating mold , bacteria and bad odors with a simple button on the remote control. Auto Change Over automatically sets the heating or cooling mode according to the set temperature. The Digital Display is hidden under the air diffusion wing which normally displays the room temperature, or the set temperature for a few seconds when the remote control is used to change it.
Samsung WIND-FREE PURE is equipped with intelligent technology that facilitates its use and installation . The exclusive Smart Wi-Fi technology allows you to manage, via an App that can be installed on a smartphone or PC , the main functions of your air conditioner even when you are away from home (WI-FI network required to connect the unit to the internet). It is also equipped with the integrated Samsung Smart Home technology with which it is possible to control all the appliances thanks to a simple application on the smartphone even when away from home. The Smart Home system offers the possibility of controlling other appliances that are not necessarily Samsung, thanks to the uniformity of the protocol that all companies are adopting and which meets the highest safety standards. Finally, it is possible to customize the operating cycles, control consumption and optimize them with a view to maximum freedom and maximum savings.
The air conditioners are really very quiet : only 19 dB (A), less than a breath.
The remote is compact in size and comes with clear, easy-to-use controls.
